DMP's Tech APP equips service installers with a comprehensive toolbox for efficient installations. From instant access to documentation and troubleshooting resources to monitoring zone statuses, Wi-Fi signal strength, and cellular device activation, this app covers it all.
To use the app, a compatible control panel and a Dealer Admin login are required. Dealers can manage technicians' system access, ensuring they have the necessary tools only when needed.
